Feeling slightly better today, had to best nights sleep last night!
Back in the routine, I did ma half hour walk before work, then dug into my porridge and a cuppa… heavenly as usual. Followed by a banana at 11.
Lunch came around quickly today, so off I headed for my walk… thankfully it was nice and dry! & returned to chicken, quinoa and veg… with an apple 😉
4pm I had leftovers and a cuppa – then I swiftly went home and hopped on the exercise bike for 15km, had a shower.
Didn’t have the healthiest dinner, wedges, cod & veg – was soooo yum though.
